This page shows some of the work I have done over the years. It is a real mixed bag of work that has inspiration from many sources. I find that if I get an idea for a piece of work, it takes hold of me and I just can’t let it go until I make it real. Some of these ideas will brew for a while, but eventually I will attempt to recreate the idea in wood. Sometimes I have to experiment with a new technique in order to complete the piece. Some of these works are actually an experiment with a new technique that I hope to apply to another piece, but want to practice with the technique first. Part of the fun for me is figuring out how to overcome some of the obstacles.
